IMMUNITY BUILDER

1 medium fresh orange, peeled
60 g sweet melon/spanspek (1 x 2 ½ cm slice)
60 g pineapple (1 x 2 ½ cm slice)
7 almonds, raw (10g)
75 ml fat free/low fat milk (5 T)
75 ml fat free/low fat vanilla yoghurt (5 T)
Ice cubes, optional
Place all the ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth.

      That is great! For an extra immunity boost you could also add some fresh finely chopped or sliced ginger.
