Egg on Crackers
1. Halve a handful (100 g) of grapes into a large mug and pour a tub of fruit yoghurt over the grapes, or eat separately.
2. Serve with 1 sliced hard-boiled egg on 4 Provitas or 1 slice of rye bread drizzled with 2 tablespoons low-oil dressing or mayonnaise and a few sun-dried tomatoes in vinegar.
This breakfast provides less than 1500 KJ and 15g fat. For the guys, you can add an extra boiled egg or a handful of grapes or 3 crackers.
