Recipe: Natural Fruit Flavoured Water


Refreshing Snacks

Mix these ingredients together for a delicious naturally flavoured refreshing water drink:

1.5 – 2 L water

500 ml sparkling water (optional, can be still or plain water)

1 crisp green or red apple, thickly sliced

1 orange, thickly sliced

1 lemon, thickly sliced

Handful of strawberries, sliced or other berries of choice

Handful of fresh mint leaves

Lots of ice

OPTIONAL: Add 250ml pure apple juice to sweeten on occasion or if entertaining.

Leave to infuse. Sip throughout the day!
