Pasta, as most other types of food, can be a good addition to a healthy diet if used correctly and in balance with other foods. Just make sure you manage your portions correctly and to watch out for what you add to it!

The portion below provides: 1800 kJ and 8 g fat
1 cup cooked pasta of choice
100 g cooked skinless chicken breast, diced
75 g mango, diced
3 Level tbsp plain yoghurt
2 Level tsp mango or fruit chutney
2 Level tsp mild curry paste
2 Spring onions, finely chopped
1 Stick of celery, finely chopped
½ Red pepper, de-seeded and diced
1. Prepare the pasta as per packaging instructions.
2. Add the chicken, spring onions, celery, mango and pepper into the pasta.
3. Mix the yogurt, mango chutney and curry paste.
4. Add to the pasta and mix until well coated.
